Resembling a water carafe at first glance, the Chemex is made of borosilicate glass and has a wooden corset tied in the middle with a leather strap. 
Preparing coffee is really easy, you only need to insert a paper filter from above, rinse it with hot water, pour the appropriate amount of medium-fine ground coffee and steam it slightly with water.
